These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of homeyfinds.shop and your purchase of products from Homey Finds (“Homey Finds,” “we,” “us” or “our”).

By visiting our website, creating an account or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy, Shipping, and Return and Refund Policies. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. Online store terms

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or country to make a purchase, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our website or products for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorized purposes. You must not introduce viruses, malicious code or other technology intended to damage or interfere with our website.

2. Products and descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, specifications, colors and photographs. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, displays, manufacturing changes and product variations.

Measurements may have minor differences. Product packaging may also differ from photographs without changing the product’s essential function.

We may modify or discontinue products without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed.

3. Prices and payments

Prices are shown in US dollars unless otherwise indicated. Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice.

Applicable taxes and any additional charges will be displayed during checkout when required.

By providing payment information, you confirm that:

• The information is complete and accurate
• You are authorized to use the selected payment method
• You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the amount shown during checkout

Payments are securely processed through Shopify and supported payment providers. We do not directly store complete payment-card numbers.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order for reasons including:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing or listing errors
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
• Shipping restrictions
• Incorrect customer or payment information
• Unusual quantities suggesting unauthorized resale

If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled portion to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased by one customer, household, account, payment method or shipping address.

5. Order information

You agree to provide complete and accurate billing, shipping and contact information. You are responsible for reviewing your order before submitting it.

Contact us immediately if you notice an incorrect address or order detail. We cannot guarantee changes after processing or fulfillment begins.

Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

6. Shipping and delivery

Order processing, estimated delivery times, tracking and shipping restrictions are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays may occur because of carriers, customs, severe weather, holidays, supplier issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Products from the same order may arrive in separate packages.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, damaged products, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Contact us before returning a product. Products sent to an unauthorized address, including an address printed on supplier packaging, may not be accepted.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

8. Product use and safety

Customers are responsible for reading and following all product instructions, warnings and care requirements.

Use products only for their intended purposes. Stop using a product if it appears damaged, overheats, leaks, produces an unusual odor or otherwise appears unsafe.

Homey Finds is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation or failure to follow instructions, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

9. Reviews and user submissions

If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that:

• You own or have permission to submit it
• It accurately reflects your experience
• It does not violate another person’s rights
• It is not fraudulent, deceptive, abusive or unlawful

You grant Homey Finds a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce and use submitted content for store operations and marketing, subject to applicable law.

We may remove content that violates these Terms. We will not knowingly alter a genuine review to misrepresent the customer’s opinion.

10. Intellectual property

The website’s branding, text, graphics, arrangement and original content are owned by or licensed to Homey Finds and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, scrape, distribute or exploit website content without written permission, except where allowed by law.

11. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activity
• Attempt to access another customer’s account
• Interfere with website security or operation
• Submit false information or fraudulent payment details
• Copy or scrape content through automated means without authorization
• Transmit malware or harmful code
• Abuse promotions, returns, refunds or chargebacks

We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

12. Third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party services for payments, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, customer support and advertising.

Third-party services may have separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for independent third-party websites or services except to the extent required by law.

13. Website availability

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available. We may update, suspend or discontinue features for maintenance, security or operational reasons.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not make warranties beyond those expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.

This section does not exclude warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Homey Finds will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our responsibility will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility for fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot legally be limited.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse Homey Finds for reasonable losses or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms or infringement of another person’s rights.
